Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes, a product may not be the best fit for your home. Please know that if you need to return an item, we will do our best to help the return process go as smoothly and quickly as possible.

To request a return, please contact us at returns@alwaysdailydeals.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and Return Instructions.

Returns must be requested and shipped within 15 days of delivery to receive a refund.

Returns must be in new, unused, original condition and original packaging to receive a refund.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please be aware that we may need to request more details and possibly a photo for some returns to be processed.

Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted and may be returned at the sender’s expense.

You must contact us to receive the correct return address.

No refunds after 15 days.

COD packages will NOT be accepted.

Refused orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Returns for rug sizes 8’ x 10’ or larger will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Returns for tiles/flooring/backsplashes will incur a 15% restocking fee. If the return is for 3 boxes or more, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

A restocking fee may be applied if an item is returned in an unacceptable condition.

In the rare event where your order arrives damaged or defective, please know we can send a replacement if the item is still in stock.

Damaged/defective items must be reported to us through email (help@alwaysdailydeals.com) within 3 days of delivery. A photo of the damage or defect must be sent to us. Please be aware that damaged/defective items may need to be returned.

Please note: We do our best to represent products as accurately as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer's cut size, color/design variations, or individual monitor/screen settings which may distort actual colors.

Tile/Flooring Installation Note: We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise after tiles/flooring are installed. There are too many variables that are out of our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tile/Flooring/Backsplash Variations: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all boxes of tiles/flooring/backsplashes to make sure they match before installing. Color variations can occur among different dye lots. No refunds will be given for unmatched tiles, flooring or backsplashes after they have been installed.
