Cancellation Policy

After an order is placed on our website, there is a small window of 30 minutes to cancel the order before it is sent to the warehouse for processing. After the order is sent to the warehouse, it may be too late to stop it from shipping. However, you can still send us an email at help@alwaysdailydeals.com to request cancellation. We will then submit the request to the warehouse. If the warehouse is able to cancel the order, we will process your refund and send you a message letting you know. If it is too late for the warehouse to cancel the order, we will send you a message letting you know. Please know if the order ships, you can return the order after it is received. To return the order, you will need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from us as well as the Return Instructions. Orders must be returned within 15 business days of delivery.
